MOYEGO – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Moyego website and all vehicle rental services provided by Moyego.
By accessing our website, making a reservation, or renting a vehicle from Moyego, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. ELIGIBILITY
To rent a vehicle from Moyego, you must:
– Hold a valid driving licence.
– Meet the minimum age requirements applicable to the selected vehicle.
– Present valid identification when requested.
– Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Moyego reserves the right to refuse any rental that does not meet these requirements.
3. RESERVATIONS
All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed only after Moyego has issued a confirmation.
Moyego reserves the right to provide a similar or upgraded vehicle where the reserved vehicle is unavailable.
4. VEHICLE COLLECTION
At vehicle collection, renters may be required to present:
– A valid driving licence.
– Passport or national ID card.
– Booking confirmation.
– Any additional documentation reasonably requested by Moyego.
Failure to provide the required documentation may result in cancellation of the rental.
5. VEHICLE RETURN
Vehicles must be returned:
– On the agreed date and time.
– At the agreed return location.
– In substantially the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.
Additional charges may apply for late returns, excessive cleaning, missing equipment, damage, or breach of the Rental Agreement.
6. VEHICLE USE
The renter agrees that the vehicle shall not be:
– Used for any unlawful purpose.
– Driven by an unauthorised driver.
– Used for racing, competitions, or speed testing.
– Driven in a reckless, dangerous, or negligent manner.
– Used in violation of any applicable law.
– Sub-rented or transferred to another person without written approval from Moyego.
7. INSURANCE
All vehicles rented through Moyego are provided with insurance coverage in accordance with applicable laws and the insurance package selected during the booking process.
The scope of insurance coverage, exclusions, deductibles, liability limits, and any optional protection products shall be specified during the booking process and confirmed in the Rental Agreement.
Insurance coverage may be reduced, limited, or rendered invalid in circumstances including, but not limited to:
– Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any prohibited substance.
– Reckless, dangerous, or negligent driving.
– Deliberate or intentional damage.
– Driving by an unauthorised driver.
– Use of the vehicle for illegal activities.
– Breach of these Terms & Conditions or the Rental Agreement.
– Failure to report an accident, theft, or damage in accordance with Moyego procedures.
– Use of the vehicle in a manner for which it was not intended.
In the event of an accident, theft, damage, fire, or vandalism, the renter must immediately notify Moyego and comply with all reporting and documentation requirements.
The renter may remain liable for losses, damages, charges, deductibles, exclusions, or costs not covered by the applicable insurance policy.
The exact level of protection applicable to each rental shall be determined solely by the selected insurance package and the Rental Agreement.
8. ACCIDENTS AND DAMAGE
In the event of an accident, theft, fire, vandalism, or damage, the renter must:
– Notify Moyego immediately.
– Contact the relevant authorities where required by law.
– Cooperate fully with insurance and claims procedures.
– Provide accurate information and documentation regarding the incident.
Failure to comply with these obligations may result in additional liability.
9. TRAFFIC FINES AND PENALTIES
The renter is solely responsible for:
– Traffic fines.
– Parking penalties.
– Toll charges.
– Speeding offences.
– Any other penalties incurred during the rental period.
Moyego reserves the right to provide renter information to competent authorities where legally required.
10. FUEL POLICY
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as supplied at collection unless otherwise agreed.
Additional refuelling charges may apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel than provided.
11. CROSS-BORDER TRAVEL
Cross-border travel is permitted only with prior approval from Moyego.
Additional documentation, insurance requirements, or fees may apply depending on the destination country.
The renter remains responsible for complying with all border, customs, and legal requirements.
12. BREAKDOWN ASSISTANCE
In the event of a mechanical breakdown, the renter must contact Moyego immediately.
No repairs may be authorised without prior approval from Moyego except where immediate action is required to ensure safety.
13. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation and refund conditions applicable to a booking will be communicated during the reservation process.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
14. PRIVACY
Moyego processes personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moyego shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or economic losses arising from the use of its services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania.
Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Albania.
